Many real estate companies do not particapte in this share of the market because they don’t want to wait a year or two to earn their commission. We don’t see it that way; we see it as providing a valuable and much needed service to our clients and our customers alike.

Leasing (Tenant Procurement) Supposidly, the number one disliked responsibility for landlords is finding the right tenant.
