Members of the Georgia Association of Realtors and both multiple listing services here in Atlanta, we also have a fully integrated website of our own that we use extensively to mass market to buyers and agents alike. We perform detailed comparative market analysis and customize a personal marketing program to fit your individiual property. Our agents are top-notch and hand selected. Lease/Purchase/Option. Regardless of market conditions, there are always buyers who are almost, but not quite, ready to qualify for a mortgage loan. Lease Purchases or Lease options can be a win-win for all parties. Many real estate companies do not particapte in this share of the market because they don’t want to wait a year or two to earn their commission. We don’t see it that way; we see it as providing a valuable and much needed service to our clients and our customers alike.
Leasing (Tenant Procurement) Supposidly, the number one disliked responsibility for landlords is finding the right tenant. Expensive advertising, numerous phone calls, showings (not to mention all those no-shows) intimidating screening process and lease procedures are all reasons quoted by landlords (both by choice and by default) for seeking outside help in procuring a tenant.
